SAQ rubric

Each SAQ had 3 parts= 3 points.  2 SAQs worth max 6 points.  I will use the following rubric to convert scores:
6/6= 100
5/6= 95
4/6= 85
3/6= 75
2/6= 70
1/6= 60
0/6 = 55
